LocalTechWire: Why are IT costs for small and medium businesses so high?

Furthermore, a recent April 15th article published in the IT Value Challenge—which also references a 2009 Gartner study on “dead” IT investment and percentage of revenue IT spending by company size—suggests there is a serious problem.
